The National Catholic Forensic League (NCFL) is a distinguished speech and debate league established in 1951. Structured into regions aligned with Roman Catholic dioceses, the league welcomes participation from public and parochial high schools. Entry into the National Tournament is based on quotas assigned to local leagues.

The NCFL organizes and sponsors the esteemed Grand National Speech and Debate Tournament, an annual event held during the Memorial Day weekend.
